   An ok car parts shop. Seem to have a lot although some of the staff don't know what there doing and don't seem to want to help. I bought 3 different Clutches from them, all of them didn't fit so had ended up going elsewhere instead of trying a forth time with them.

   I very rarely post reviews but feel compelled to after such a great experience with the team at Weston. There was a small oversight on their part which unfortunatley led to an hours fruitless round trip to their branch in Weston. However the manager and staff showed they valued my time as when I turned up again later and they insisted they gave me the parts valued at around £25 for free. A rare example of old school customer service which I found really heartwarming. Plus the parts actually fixed my car and made it roadworthy! After such a positive experience they now have one loyal customer. Sean

   Got to be one of the best motor factors in the South West, I've been using them for years, best to phone in advance to check if they have the part in stock, most parts sourced in 24 hours if you have something a bit rarer. Good service reasonable prices.

   They had the part required, however a long wait for service and when the staff member asked for additional assistance from a colleague, it was as though we had caused her great issue by leaving the back office and assisting a customer! Would only use again if desperate for a part that I couldn't find elsewhere.
