    I took some time to write this review as the customer support was brilliant and so supportive after I bought the car and I think this is quite important when buying old second end cars. I bought a Mazda3 from them, and immediately after I noticed it was pulling quite a lot on the left. I called the branch in Weston and the main manager there wasn't very helpful to be honest (probably quite upset I didn't buy the extended warranty). But after contacting the seller Dimitrios, he put me in contact with the after sale support where Emily did an amazing job sorting out the wheel alignment for the car (I got reimbursed immediately) and the new battery as the original one was basically dying (the car died over night after 3 days I bought it). I can't praise enough the company for their customer support, and Emily for her job. The sales part was pushy as per reputation of the company, but Dimitrios was also always available, and supportive with me trying to sort the after sale issues.

    Fantastic service from start to Finnish. Had small issue 2 weeks after purchase and carbase were quick to resolve the issue. Lisa and Emily in the auto centre were brilliant in keeping me up to date with the process.

Michele Mason was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. She made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and I’m genuinely grateful for the way she managed everything. My car was repaired at a Mercedes-Benz dealership, and Carbase fully covered the cost without any hassle. I’m really impressed with how smooth the entire process was and how customer-focused the team has been. Massive thanks to Michele and the Carbase team for showing true care for their customers.
