Amazing dentist and staff. They make you feel so wecolme from as soon as you walk in to the moment you leave. My actual dentist I can't recommend enough, wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment.
It's the best dental clinic I've ever been. I recommend it 100%. Doctor Amardip Hayer and His Assistant are the best, I just couldn't find a better ones. I am really thankful for the treatment they gave Me, for explaining and understanding also They were making sure I understand. The treatment itself was never painful and Doctor do cares about what He is doing. Lady On Reception is just an Angel, She explained to me everything I need to do b3fore my visit and helped me understand some questions before I start my visit with a doctor and everything after i finished my visit. They were all really polite and I would recommend that Clinic to everybody!
First time calling: I was left waiting for 20 mins despite being number one in the queue the whole time. Second time calling: The receptionist told me to wait shortly before putting me on hold and then hanging up. Third time calling: Got hung up on after finally reaching 1 in the queue. Incredible service
So fortunate to get on the NHS books here, having struggled elsewhere. Saving me a fortune compared to private dentists. Staff were friendly and welcoming, thorough and professional. A pleasant experience and will visiting for all of my checkups and work now. Thank you.

I want to share my experience so far with Dentist Amardip Hayer. He has been nothing but brilliant from the way he explains in-depth what he’s doing to repeating what’s been done and why it’s been done, even showing X-rays to explain more clearly. He also takes time to listen to what you have to say and never talks over or dismisses anything you have to say. He’s very friendly and chilled and you can have a laugh with him, he makes you feel very calm and reassured. What more can I say… oh yes all the nurses are very good and make you feel very relaxed too. Everyone appears to get on well, which speaks volumes. Altogether a lovely place to be in, I highly recommend to anyone!!
Multiple cancellations for Hygienist appointments. Demands for payment up front, I understand this part but to constantly cancel even on day of treatment must mean there should be ground's to recruit reliable staff member perhaps? . I'm going elsewhere.
I have been going to Rugby Dental Care for many years now and i have never in 57 years found another Dentist as amazing as this one, i suffer from P.T.S.D and am very nervous with strangers and buildings and people touching me, from the first visit to the present day i have been made to feel welcome and the staff are second to none, they are friendly but still professional and if i have had any worries whatsoever they have bent over backwards to help me, i recently had to have some teeth out and the dentist along with the nurses made it a painless and easy thing to go through, i would recommend this amazing practice to anyone if you are nervous or not. I have never felt this way about the many practices i have visited over the years in the warwickshire area or my previous home in cheshire, thank you to you all.
