   Have been going to see Lana for several years now and can't fault her professionalism and advice. Donna takes care of giving my teeth a thorough workout providing sensible tips on how to get into those hard to reach areas. Yesterday Donna was assisted by Deena who was jolly and getting into the festive spirit. The whole team are lovely and helpful including the lovely people on front desk who are always welcoming.    I recently had a dental appointment with Dr. Lana, who was assisted by Laura, at Jones Dental & Implant Clinic in Rugby — and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable, which is not easy for me as I’m usually quite nervous about dental visits. Dr. Lana was highly professional and very reassuring throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly, took the time to discuss what truly mattered to me, and was very focused and honest about the treatment options that were necessary. Her calm and caring approach made the whole experience so much easier. Laura was equally kind and supportive, helping to create a relaxed and positive atmosphere during the treatment.
