   I’ve completed my journey at changing faces Knowle. In January 2025 I walked through the door as a very scared woman who had completely lost her confidence and in turn lost myself. I was unable to smile and enjoy precious moments even hiding in family photos and avoiding showing my teeth (lack of teeth- only having 6 of my adult teeth left). As soon as I walked through the doors at changing faces I was immediately put at ease by Marc and the team. Marc with his “calming persona”, was able to guide me through what I would like to achieve from changing faces. I was thoroughly informed of what was going to take place, step by step and was given a portfolio that showed me the steps that would take place in my personal treatment plan. From start to end I was reassured and supported throughout the journey; by all staff that work at the incredible facility. Neeraj doing an excellent job during the surgery and Marc creating the smile I have today. Anytime I was concerned or had any questions the staff would listen and help me feel validated; getting me into see Marc if necessary. I can not fault the care provided by “changing faces”. Now 11 months later, I feel more confident than ever and am very pleased with the care I received and my new smile. It has even been noticed by others that I’m different and they notice how I smile and seem more carefree than before. I have had countless checkups, hygiene appointments, gum treatments, and my partner has recently had a smooth experience with Invisalign.    I was initially quite nervous about going ahead with my dental implant, especially after learning I would need a large bone graft. However, after discussing everything in detail with Suresh, I felt completely reassured and confident. The procedure went smoothly, and I’m really glad I decided to go ahead.    I recently had a tooth extracted and was understandably nervous but Sonal and her colleague Katie were absolutely fantastic. Sonal took the time to reassure me and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. She is an excellent dentist - skilled, kind and professional. The follow up care was also great, I felt really looked after. I have been with the practice for several years now and the service is always consistently excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Sonal and the team to anyone.

   Fantastic from the start. I had originally had dental implants placed badly from another dentist. I was extremely embarrassed to visit anywhere else. I had found changing faces online and went to have a consultation. From the moment I walked in I just felt more comfortable, such welcoming staff. I then went in to see Marc to show him my previous work and my upset and discomfort I was in. He was extremely understanding and kind and we went though plans of what would need doing to achieve what I would like. All of my fear I had lost as just from the first appointment I knew i was in professional hands. I had a time frame I wanted my work roughly completed due to getting married beginning of 2023. From then on they have all done all they can to get the process started. I had the dental surgery to remove all old work and put the new work in. The whole experience was extremely relaxed and caring all the way though. I now have my temporary dentures in whilst my implants heal, even my temporary dentures are phenomenal. I'm extremely excited to see my end result. If you have any fears in dentists or feel your teeth are to far gone to have work done, I highly recommend you visit Marc and his team. I thought my teeth were beyond fixable and they have worked there magic. I'm beyond happy with all the work I've been having done and the support that has come with it also. If your considering having any work done you should definitely contact them, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Marc and team, Beth.

   Marc and the entire staff of Changing Faces are incredible! I have not only been given the best care as a patient but also as a person. Marc took the time to not only listen to me but also educated me on proper denture care and the difference between ill made and proper made dentures.    I am not somebody that writes to many reviews but felt on this occasion it was something I should do as hopefully help someone else in a similar situation to myself. Whilst it is still early days after my surgery/treatment I am thrilled by the initial results and feel confident that the final outcome will allow me to eat normally and for the first time in many years show my teeth when smiling. Visiting the dentist used to fill me with dread and made me anxious, because of this I would avoid going. This unfortunately has been to the detriment of my oral health, and whilst I looked after my teeth to a relatively good level with brushing and flossing, the gum disease that I have suffered for many years took its toll, leaving me with very loose upper teeth, poor gum health and deteriorating bone structure around my teeth. This in turn affected my eating in a normal manner with having to avoid various foods whilst also affecting my confidence, smiling became something that I was very conscious of due to the look of my teeth. It was certainly a 2-fold issue. One of my teeth became very loose causing me severe problems with eating so I needed to act. Having done some extensive online research, I booked consultations with two dental implant specialists. It was a clear-cut decision from this that Changing Faces & Smiles Knowle had the understanding, knowledge, and expertise to carry out my procedure. The whole team from my very first phone call early July 2022 have been outstanding and gave me the confidence to go ahead and get my treatment plan in place and actioned. Today I sit here writing this review less than 3 months from my initial phone call to them with a complete new set of upper same day teeth and a four tooth lower front bridge. Whilst there is still a little post operative swelling to go down, the result is simply amazing and looks so natural. For me to finally make the decision that I needed to do something about my teeth was a major step, but an even more crucial step was to find a specialist implant centre to conduct the procedure, and I know now that my initial research has paid off, Changing Faces & Smiles were the right choice. I cannot thank enough Suresh, Marc, and the rest of the team for their care, attention and treatment that has been carried out and look forward to my oral health being looked with them for many years to come.

   I am terrified of dentist even for the simple dental treatments. I have struggled for years with my fear of dentist and my teeth. I am lucky to cone across changing faces as all the staff are amazing. They are welcoming caring and genuinely look after you. I have now had 2 big treatments and will be going back for my 3rd in a month. If you like myself have a huge phobia of dentists then honestly you need to use changing faces. You will wish you had found them sooner I definitely wish I had. You will never look back and there dental work is just amazing second to non by far. I could go on for a long time but in short there the by far the best dentists you will find and you will not regret going to them

   Felt I had to write a review so that anyone else out there putting up with shoddily made / poorly fitting dentures can have hope. After years of putting up with ill-fitting dentures, it was an enormous relief to find Marc at Changing Faces. From my first visit, I was made to feel at ease. Marc listened to me, was not judgmental, and understood the problems I was facing. During the consultations Marc never approached me without asking, he explained everything he was doing / planning to do, and answered all my questions in terms that I could understand. The result of my visit to Changing Faces is well made, perfectly fitting dentures that have given me back my self-confidence. Thank you Marc for everything, including the superb after-service when required. I have no hesitation in recommending you and Changing Faces.
