   Great dentist. Can always fit you in even at short notice. Caring staff and pain free treatment. I am not a fan of the dentist but they really do put you at ease.

   Looking to sign up to the practice, possibly as a private patient, was dealt with by a stereotypical, unhelpful medical receptionist who wouldn't answer any of my questions regarding price until I was examined. I explained I didn't want a quote just a ball park comparison of price difference for treatments so I could make an informed decision. She just didn't want to help, no "I'm not sure but I'll find out" or "I can't give specifics but as a guide....." Just refusal until I signed up. Maybe I asked the wrong way, or the wrong questions? Ten minutes later, same questions, asked the same way, all answered in a friendly, helpful way, the difference? A different dental practice and a different receptionist, so "well done" to the unhelpful, power trip receptionist at Long Street Dental Practice you have just got Atherstone Dental Practice a new private customer, maybe they should be paying you a bonus for sending potential customers for your practice over to them......

   After struggling with chipped top-front teeth for years, went to see Dr. Yasmeen last week and she gave me the choice to have two composite resin fillings done. Highly recommend Dr. Yasmeen, she did a wonderful job and talked me through the whole procedure and offered me lots of helpful advice. Much happier with my teeth!

   My partner went to remove a few stitches he had in his mouth due to implant transplant with the other dentist. The dentist on duty were not able to remove most of them as she didn't understand the actual procedure he had done before. What!? After over 10 years of studies they don't know how to remove the stitches? I decided to do it by myself and it took me only a few minutes. Pathetic
