Best dentist I ever been to. I was a lot off pain and needed emergency appointment I ring them and after 15 min I had my appointment. Everywhere else was 2 weeks wait. Definitely I would go back.. I would Recommend Dr to all my friends and family.
Extremely happy with the treatment, the Dr is very patient and understanding. We did a consultation and then he gave me some time to think. I did a dental crown treatment; it’s been more than two months, and I’m extremely happy with results with no pain.
I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother who had an appointment here and was in so much pain afterwards. She went in and the dentist told her to lie down and just began drilling at her tooth without asking her any questions or what the problem is. Only after she was uncomfortable and asked what are you doing he said “you’ll need a filling and crown added to your tooth”. When he proceeded to do this he did NOT give her any anaesthetic and just shoved the filling into her tooth. She was in so much pain and was screaming/yelling. She asked weren’t you supposed to give me some anaesthetic he replied saying “oh I forgot”. So unbelievably unprofessional!! He continued the procedure and did not explain anything he was doing. He ended up not completing the procedure and my mother was left with immense tooth and jaw pain and on top of that and incomplete job. Only now has she is in the process of fixing these problems HE caused her when all she needed was a simple filling. This isn’t the first time she has been disappointed with an appointment here but was this incident too much to ignore. She’ll no longer be a patient here. Completely unprofessional and ignorant!
Bad toothache. Called a few local dentist, some who didn't even answer and then there was a wait until March for those who did !?! Called FDP and managed to see me within 2 hours ! Amazing service ! Got there, and was amazed by the A* service received. friendly and understanding. I have already started recommending ! Thank you for your help today !
A very bad experience. I had to wait more than 30 minutes and the dentist still didn't come. The assistant called her/ hime many times, but he/ she didn't bother to answer even if she/ he knew that I have an appointment. Very unprofessional. Don't ever bother to go there.
I went for a sever pain because of my wisdom tooth . The dentist was extremely unprofessional, he was wearing muddy shoes . He didn't ask me questions about my problem and went straight on to stoning my teeth without consent . When I ask him mid procedure why he was stoning my teeth , he told me he is doing the same thing my previous dentist did , which I had told him in detail before. As soon as he was done with the procedure , he asked me to pay him in the procedure room , he didn't discuss any after care . He told me to pay in cash because he doesn't take card payment and refuses to give receipt for the cash payment. He then finally gave me a hand written receipt which has no logo or any official print. I argued with him for 10 minutes to give me my report but he refused to give report of the dental procedure because ,"it takes too long to make the report" and then after few more minute of argument , just wrote on the back of the receipt ,"Lower wisdom tooth stoned" and he refused to sign it and when I insisted , he made the receptionist sign it with her initial , "k.A" . Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent.
