The small doctor of Asian appearance — I’m sorry, I don’t know his name as he didn’t introduce himself — made me feel completely dismissed. After ignoring me, he immediately took in another patient, who also appeared to be Asian, even though that person had an appointment scheduled after mine. He simply told me to speak with the receptionist instead of providing any assistance, despite the fact that I had already waited 40 minutes and had been properly registered. I felt offended and discriminated against, and I would appreciate clarification on how I am expected to react in a situation like this, as the experience was unacceptable. I hope his manager will able to contact me as that kind of behaviour is unacceptable
The excellent and intelligent dr. KGO and her assistant Martina she is kind and cooperative. I recommend everyone to visit them. They are quite child friendly doctors. I appreciate their careful treatment.
I had a tier 1 check-up at this place and the dentist Chian is really helpful. He patiently explained which teeth I need to be more careful when I brush my teeth. He also reminded me the importance of prevention and the use of floss, it's great to have a local dentist that take on new clients. There's free parking opposite in the retail park. I'll definitely back for my 6 months examination.
Like a lot of people, I'm not a huge fan of the dentist, but this one was excellent. Dr Ali and his team made me feel calm and relaxed during my visits. Communication was great when my appointment had to be changed. My appointment times were spot on with being seen on time with no hanging around at all. During my appointments, everything was explained fully, including telling me what was happening next to avoid my becoming anxious. All my questions were answered in a calm, non judgemental way. My treatment was sorted in good time. My teeth are so nice now that I fully recommend Dr Ali and will be less anxious about my checkups. I even laughed, which is definitely a first for me at the dentist! The practice itself is welcoming and spot on with cleanliness. I can now smile again with confidence and without having to put my hand across my face to hide my teeth. I wish I had gone to this dentist before instead of visiting the private dentist that I had previously been with. Thank you to Dr. Ali and his team.
I have been their patient for many years,the dentist is really great,all teeth's fillings are done perfectly,the doctor's assistant is very kind person,and also the receptionists are helpful and friendly. I recommend it with full confidence.
Clean place and friendly staff. Practice hasn't long been renovated which has improved it alot.on last several visits I've had several fillings. X-rays of teeth and general check up. Everyone was professional and I wasn't in any pain throughout it all.Harcin was the dental nurse who did an exceptional job to relax me etc. All my work needed did take several visits which were spread out. So only thing I would change is getting back in for next visits sooner. Part from that very pleased.

He carried out the assessment and explained exactly what was required to rectify some fillings that had broken away.
