   Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. The hairdresser was outside smoking a cigarette when I arrived then followed me in and didn’t even wash her hands. She was running her cigarette smelling hands through my hair. I showed her how I wanted my hair cutting in a graduated bob and asked her not to cut much off the front of my hair. She cut it in a straight bob and chopped a lot of the front. I feel as though I’ve been scalped. I called when I got home and they asked me to go back. I was greeted by her, her daughter and a chunky man who made me feel intimidated. I asked her why she had chopped so much off my hair and she said she hadn’t. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

   Disappointed to say the least. Firstly, I’d like to point out that my appointment was cancelled the day before I was due to have my hair done, I was offered help to find a new braider as the slots she had available weren’t suitable with mine. When I accepted the offer to help with a new braider in such short notice, I didn’t hear back or get a response. I understand that people are busy , but don’t offer if you don’t have the decency to do it. Secondly, I don’t find it acceptable that I have had to chase up and try and get my deposit back , which may I add I still haven’t received back. It is now August and my appointment was booked for June.. there is really no excuse. I’ve sent countless messages, even gone as far as messaging you on Snapchat, and yet still haven’t had a reply. You have my bank details so I am really unsure as to why I haven’t received it yet. Very disappointing, definitely won’t be ever booking again. I booked with @brazyxstyles

   Service: eyebrow wax and tint, pedicure and gel toe nails I treated my wife to gel toes, pedi and a eyebrow wax with tint. She's come back with eye brows looking the same as when she left, hairs still above the eyebrow, toes painted like a toddler did it and bleeding toes. She didn't want to offend the owner who did this but from my perspective it's hideous and to charge £48 for that I feel is a joke it doesn't even look good.

   I had highlights and a cut here mid December with Tracey. Shes a nice lady but my hair was awful, I went back for a second try to fix it, unfortunately the damage was already done. My roots showed even though I'd just had highlights. Her foils skill was low I was so upset with it. It was very streaky blonde, orange near the roots ( I was told this is because my hair was so dark but I'd had this service for years with no issues elsewhere) and the cut wasnt what im used to, with uneven sides, the blow dry was not done properly it resulted in alot of breakage. I am writing this now as I have been elsewhere and my hair is so good its really shown me how bad my experience was. My hair is now back to how I like it and I only paid slightly more. Tracey is a nice lady but highlights arent her strong point. I did see Sam do foils and colours and the 3 ladies hairs looked fab. Also I was not allergy tested.
