It was my first time at the salon for a pedicure hoping to get a nice time but the lady was unprofessional at all I’ve never had a pedicure done that way very disappointed
It was my first time getting a facial and they did not disappoint. I almost fell asleep and the lady who took care of me was so sweet. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone !!!
Avoid at all costs! I was a first time customer ringing to book an appointment. The lady I spoke to on the phone sounded so miserable, disinterested to offer me an appointment even though she had availability. She was encouraging me to think about the appointment and said to cancel it. I've never come across someone so unprofessional who wants customers to not come, very weird. This was a red flag which thank god I avoided. The price she gave me for the treatment was higher, website says a lot cheaper. Heard her answering back on the phone. Terrible service, I have booked elsewhere and won't come here at all!!
Called up to double check if they did nose piercing as stated in their 'services'. The really nice lady on the phone, wasn't sure asked her colleagues who confirmed they didn't. 4* for the customer service. Heads up for any one else looking for nose piercing locally, this isn't your go to place.
This place always makes me feel at ease & comfortable. Chandu fit me in at short notice & was lovely, funny & professional. She’s a real credit to the business. Will always come back here for waxing. ^Zarah

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Contacted through the chat function with a couple of queries and Fatima was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in advising me the best treatment and booked me in with no problems. Received the pearl facial and felt fresh and renewed after. The atmosphere and salon itself is also extremely fresh, modern and relaxing.
First time visit to this Salon on the 10th July 2021 my appointment was at 1.00pm. I highly recommend this salon very clean and modern. The young girl Parul that did my pedicure was very polite and kind and took her time great experience. It was a pleasure to meet Fatima the owner very nice lady. Will be booking for more treatments.
