They doesn't have much experience as beautician. Go at your own risk. They ruined my face beauty ( my eyebrows), on my special day. Never had this much bad eyebrows ever in my life, I literally cried while coming back to home and after coming to home. Never gonna visit again.
Disgusting experience, STAY AWAY from this salon. She’s given me skinny eyebrows-pencil shape took off all my hair and can’t do a clean up. I specifically asked for an arch and not thin, I went in with thick browns and have come out with a disgusting thin line of hair! IF YOU LOVE YOUR BROWS, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! The level of incompetence.
I am so glad that they are open again. I missed this place for about more than a year now. And in that one year I have tried 5-6 different parlours but still couldn't get the same service as star beauty. They are fast, on the spot bookings and very clean. They are the best in Leicester city. You will easily find free street parking around.
This place is amazing! The girls are fantastic. Always smiling and give very friendly atmosphere . Never feel like they rush your treatment and the results are amazing . I have never been anywhere since they opened.

Due to my busy life style and family commitments I did not have time to treat my self with facial for pass 8 months. Finally got the opportunity to take some time out and treat my self for my 34th birthday with good glow facial. The result of the glow was absolutely amazing! and the back massage which was included made me feel so relaxed.
