Been coming here for over 15 years. Hard working and lovely girls. Staff is super efficient at waxing especially as I find it painful. I had my hair cut and dyed. Very professional and sweet. Reasonable priced too.

They are always in such a rush. I went for eyebrow and upper lip, she was rushing so much and was so rude. I wanted to plan for a facial but I could imagine how waste of money would that be. Terrible service! They should treat customer with respect. Never going there again!!

Nice lady who did my piercing but please do not go there for nose piercings they used a gun and used the completely wrong back for a nose piercing causing it to be to tight and now my piercing has got infected and gone right into my nose. When I phoned piercing studios they can't believe they used a gun and that earing back. Like I said nice woman but definitely don't go there for nose piercingz
Whenever my wife comes to see our grandchildren we always pop in here first. Excellent service.
I went here for a facial and it was horrible. The lady was on her own and what should have been a relaxing experience was completely the opposite. She was answering phone calls in the middle of it, it was in a cold room and kept leaving to speak to customers coming into the shop. I did pay but I really shouldn’t have as it was the worst experience ever! They really need to work on customer experience - they have a long way to go to make improvements.
