Had my underarms waxed by Kayleigh this morning, she's always so lovely and does a great job! Had to bring my 3 year old with me but it was okay as there was a chair for her to sit on! Thankyou so much Kayleigh
Worse experience ever! Cancelled on me various times. 3 occasions didn't even bother to tell me so i turned up to a closed shop. Rude and very selective with clients. Kayleigh only likes the customers who pay loads of money for quick treatments. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.
Always a pleasure at Boudoir. I visit regularly for various treatments and i am always pleased with the service. Staff are very friendly. They have a wide variety of services available and a vast amount of experience. They are very knowledgeable about the services they provide - offering advice for best treatment suited to me as well as after care and future course of treatment. I really like that they provide apprenticeship opportunities and am always happy to help where i can for their training and development. Love the staff there and they are highly recommended in my opinion. I have never had a bad experience in the 5+ years that i have been going there. :-)

My daughter recently used this salon for the first time 2 weeks ago for eyelashes extensions for our holiday, she was told a patch test wasn't needed. By the following morning her eyes were swollen and extremely painful, when returning to the shop to have them removed she was asked if she had recently had covid (which she had) to then be told quite a few of people had had a reaction after having it too. Surely this question is as important as a patch test then? The salon did take action and quickly removed the lashes but no refund or even partial refund was offered which I think is very unfair seeing as they were aware of a possible reaction after having the virus. 2 weeks on and she is still suffering some of the effects from the reaction. I just want warn people before going that the covid question is very important so others don't suffer the same.
I found this place by chance and love it. Have had manicures and pedicures and eyelash lift and tint, aswell as eyebrow lamination and tint. Vicki and her staff are amazing. I will be coming back. Thankyou boudoir.
I had a Groupon voucher for this place and when I booked, the therapist couldn't massage me as I was pregnant (even though I had mentioned it when I was booking). However the lady who owns the salon was very understanding and gave me a lovely full body massage. She was very polite and friendly and I would highly recommend.
Walked in by chance to a random local beauty salon on a Groupon offer. Unknowingly to me it would easily become my favourite salon to go to for beauty treatments. Vicky did the most amazing job microblading my eyebrows, I've gotten so many compliments! And Kayleigh always does the most fantastic job on my eyelash extensions. It has such a lovely, warm and friendly atmosphere, definitely go check it out!
