I believe it is essential to bring my concerns to your attention so that improvements can be made to ensure a better customer experience in the future. I took my daughter to your salon for a haircut, hoping for a positive and enjoyable experience. However, the visit turned out to be nothing short of a disaster. I feel compelled to share my grievances in the hope that they will be addressed promptly and effectively. Firstly, there were significant issues with time management. The scheduled appointment for my daughter's haircut was changed not once, but twice, without prior notification or explanation. This lack of consideration for your customers' time is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Secondly, the haircut itself was a complete disaster. The stylist, whose name I unfortunately do not have, left my daughter with an uneven and unsightly haircut that was far from what we had requested. The lack of attention to detail and skill in this instance was truly disappointing. Furthermore, I must comment on the attitude and demeanor of the stylist. Her behavior was nothing short of disgraceful and disgusting. She displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills, which made our experience even more unpleasant. I believe it is crucial for your salon to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism, which was clearly lacking during our visit. As a paying customer, I expect a level of service that reflects the reputation your salon should uphold

I was supposed to go straight to Treena's to have my hair cut but decided to go to Design where they are based upstairs,ontop af a Barbers shop. That was a mistake, she charged £25 and made me look like a scarecrow, totally ruined my hair. She has no skills. Anyway, I then came to Treena's in a panic, who was fantastic and fixed my hair for me. Would highly recommend Treena. She is highly talented.

I’ve been using this salon for all my hair removal needs for years and she just gets better! Always friendly and always does a good job. Recent price increase (due to Covid-19) but was advised of this before treatment and very happy to pay the extra £3 to help support a good local small business!!! Supporting businesses like this is very important, now more then ever!

Please ask for her prices beforehand as she makes them up as she pleases. I didn’t and had eyebrows and just dry straight haircut. She was charging me double the amount to what was on her price list. There’s so many local salon that are cheaper and better, will be avoiding this one in the future.....

Me and my daughter had our eyebrows tinted, we were advised that £10 tint will last us 2-3 weeks. The next morning it all washed out. I don't recommend this place at all the service was not professional at all.
