They are amazing, another garage cancelled my tracking but the guys at ProTyre Cardiff were able to see me early in the morning the next day before a long work trip. Really helpful and I will be coming back for mine and my partners car! And they gave me a free coffee!
Within 40 minutes of realising I had a large puncture I had called them, booked in and repaired whilst enjoying a coffee. I thought it would be a replacement and they immediately saw it was a repair. Saving me £150. Excellent service, friendly and really professional. Highly recommend them.

Just had a punctured tyre replaced here yesterday. I booked the replacement 8 hours prior late at night, and they were nothing short of fantastic. They began changing the tyre ahead of schedule, were incredibly friendly and competitively priced, and very fast! Will definitely be coming back for all future tyre changes. Best customer service experience from a garage I’ve had. Thanks guys!
Amazingly quick service after breaking down with a flat tyre. Arrived at break down scene within 20 minutes of calling. Friendly and professional service. I was absolutely over the moon that they could help me so quickly.

The most pathetic service one can think of. Booked appointment three times turned up every time and got terrible excuses every time. The last one is epic booked appointment on Friday for Monday morning took time off from work. Was told garage opens at 8:30 I was there 8:25. Surprisingly told there are two cars in front of me and nothing will be done until the mid day. The staff was very rude when I tried to remind them I have an appointment, not ready to listen anything. Never ever recommend them to anyone ( pathetic, miserable, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional).
All good, very welcoming, fitted my front tyres I bought online with perfect balancing, did front wheel alignment even though trackrods were apparently seized plus steering wheel perfectly straight which is not always the case. So hopefully no tyre wear and use them again, Thanks
