   I’ve been extremely disappointed with the overall experience at this orthodontic service. My daughter's treatment has now dragged on for four years, and her braces are still on with no clear end in sight. Instead of seeing progress, her teeth seem to be moving too far inward, which is worrying and frustrating. On her last appointment they ripped the corner of her lip which hurt for good for days. Appointment delays have become the norm, and many of her scheduled visits have been cancelled at the very last minute. Communication has also been lacking, and I rarely feel informed about what’s happening or why things are taking so long. Overall, the combination of delays, cancellations, are very disappointing. I hope improvements are made for future patients, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

   Went here for my braces, it was a long time spent, with covid delays and the likes Pinnacle always were friendly, professional and made sure that for my 7 years spent I was well accomodated, appointments were freely available and I never felt like I was getting anything other than everyones best. Thank you Pinnacle :)

   Awful experience and very poor service My daughter’s orthodontic treatment has been ongoing for over five years with no progress and constant delays. The orthodontist and practice staff have been unhelpful, dismissive, and dishonest in their communication. Complaints have been ignored, and important contact information has been repeatedly withheld. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care, professionalism, and accountability.

   Ive been treated for my teeth at this dental practice for 7 years and every visit has been exceptionally amazing, the receptionists are so warm, welcoming and bubbly, always have a good chat with them. Ive had four different dental surgeons during my treatment and they have all given their best support possible with my teeth, explained things clearly and thoroughly when asked and have genuinely cared for me as a patient. Ive had the best experience during my times with them and would definitely recommend this place to others ❤️

   Worst dental practice I’ve ever been to. Been on the waiting list for braces for about 10 years now. I am now 25. STILL on the waiting list being promised my free NHS funded braces. I might aswell hammer my teeth into place at this rate.

   My daughter has been a patient here for the last 2 years or so. The attitude has never been wonderful but has sadly gradually gotten worse and worse. There is no particular inclination from the reception staff to be polite, friendly or even very helpful. They refuse to pick up the phone and the sheer amount of times my daughter had her braces moved and within the hour, the brackets had just fallen off. The experience was rounded off by the orthodontist telling my daughter that she clearly hadn't been wearing her retainer as her teeth had moved, even though she had not brought her retainer with her in order to check the fit - apparently, 20 years of experience means she can clearly remember my daughters teeth after approximately 1 years gap between appointments. She proceeded to follow my child out - no parents or guardians are currently allowed in the practice due to the current restrictions around Covid-19 - and tell her father that our child needed new retainers for £85 as she knew the retainers no longer fit from memory. Needless to say, we did not purchase new ones and my child put her retainers in when she came out - perfect fit. Following this I phoned and asked them to remove my daughter from their list, to which the receptionist said, "okay" and hung up with no questionas to why or any advice. Very unprofessional and shows the attitude in it's completeness. Nothing more than bullying and money grabbing, this practice is absolutely shocking.

   This is a really good Orthodontist very good at there job my granddaughter is under these for her braces and the staff are very polite and reassuring to children they make you feel very relaxed I highly recommend the pinnacle for there service’s Private or Nhs treatment Location park road 200 mtrs from the Coventry train station it has its own parking to the side of the building for roughly 8/10 cars. Can busy a very busy area in rush hour times

   Often had to wait a long time, but the first lady who carried out most my treatment was decent and gentle. But another lady I had seemed to rush and wasn't gentle at all and when taking my brace off left on of the brackets on! So it probably depends what orthadontist you get which determines how good your experience is.
