I was recommended to use this garage by my usual garage as they couldn't do the work needed. I found Henry polite and professional. They gave good advice and explained the options. I considered them good value.

I have had a bad experience with this garage. I used them because I had known of them for many years and in fact had my first car mot done by them in 1980. One of the mechanics (who I believe is one of the owners) Was very rude to me when I came back for my car, shouting at me that it wasn't ready and saying I couldn't wait in their reception area despite there being 2 chairs. It was very upsetting, as I am on my own and didn't expect to be spoken to in this way. I got someone to take me home and returned the next day, thank goodness that person was not in! I have told Viv the receptionist who was very pleasant that I will not be going back there under any circumstances and surprised they have any customers.
Always really helpful. Great service and very sensibly priced. We have been using Bryant’s for years. Henry and Matt in the workshop are always friendly and helpful and Viv in reception is lovely. Highly recommended
My car would not move as there was a problem with the handbrake. I called H M Bryan and they quickly sent two of their guys out to see if they could get it to move to take back to the garage. They managed to and by that afternoon my car was fixed and ready to collect. Very pleased with their service
Owner was a little rude, didn't seem to be happy to have the business. When I politely asked for a rough time the work would be done he huffed and puffed and said he had 2 people who hadn't showed up for work.

An old corsa was obviously very low priority, but to have it booked in for a Wednesday morning and by Friday afternoon it had still not been started is taking the mick when you've had to take 3 days off work for it. Weren't very apologetic, just wanted it gone it seemed. Took elsewhere.
