   I had my car MOT’d a few months ago and have recently had some work done following on from the MOT recommendations. Each time I found everyone at Gimber Motors very friendly and professional and would thoroughly recommend them. From the time I dropped my car off, to Andy dropping me back home and then picking me up when the car was ready, everyone was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely be using Gimber Motors for any work required on my car in the future. Thank you all very much.

   In March, I took my car for an MOT. Without consulting me, Gimber replaced the exhaust and parts of the suspension. I only found out when they called me to pick up the car and told me the bill was £600. This put me in a very difficult situation leaving me no option but to pay a bill I was not expecting as I was going to repair any issues myself. The staff were rude, condescending and dismissive. I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

   Just had my yearly MOT done at Gimbers... 4th one for this vehicle, and always passed no problems. Seems to me these guys are totally legit. They deserve to succeed. It's hard to find an honest garage, but I believe this one is. Cheers :)

   I recently had a full service on my Ford Ranger. After I had the vehicle returned to me, I had some concerns over whether the oil had been changed, as my Ford app told me that the oil quality was at 10%. Based on this, I made an unfortunate accusation to Gimber Motors. Rather than them getting aggressive, they were incredibly professional and calm about the concerns I had, and even though they had no obligation, they went out of their way to prove they had done everything by the book, including showing CCTV footage. It was a massive mistake on my part, which I can only apologise for. I was super impressed with their customer service, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

   I had to take my car there after a bit of a disaster with a big chain MOT and service. Dave on the desk immediately put me at ease and sorted me right out. All fixed and some good advice going forward. No gimmicks, straight chat about what was done, needed to be done and what was advisable. Cant recommend enough.
