   Sara was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her customer service was impeccable, and she made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. She presented herself professionally and took the time to talk me through everything I needed to know, which really put me at ease. This was my first time getting highlights, and as a man walking into a women’s salon, it felt a little daunting at first. However, Sara immediately made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. She gave honest, professional advice, listened carefully to everything I wanted, and made sure every detail was exactly how I had asked. The end result was absolutely amazing. She also cut my hair exactly the way I wanted, listened closely to my instructions, and checked in at the end to make sure I was fully happy, even offering to make any changes if needed. I will definitely be coming back again, and I will also be bringing my daughters. I couldn’t recommend Sara enough. She’s truly fantastic and definitely the person to go to if you want anything done to your hair in Leicester.

   Telia may be a junior stylist but cuts my hair better than any previous hairdresser. Despite having very thin hair Telia always takes her time, does an amazing cut and manages to make it look fuller. Friendly staff, clean and welcoming salon. Recommended.
