   I came for my first appointment almost 3 weeks ago and my nails were in a dreadful condition due to years of picking them and using hand sanitisers… Jess rose to the challenge though, she’s embarked with me on this journey and she’s been amazing! She was so precise with the application of gel colour even on tiny nails - no spillage of colour whatsoever! - and her hand was very delicate throughout the whole process. I came back today and was amazed by the results I already obtained. It’s just the start of my nail journey, and I’ll be definitely coming back.

   I have been getting my nails done by Jess since September 2022 and she is truly amazing. She takes her time with making my nails look gorgeous and is always open to hearing my input on the nails, which always turn out as expected. She makes me feel at ease in the salon and is very warm and chatty. A true gem :)

   First time having a gel French manicure and absolutely love them. Jess was incredible, very professional & friendly - helped choose colours & did such a great job hands down the best nails I’ve ever had. Great gel on my toes too, was definitely wedding ready. Cannot recommend enough, thank you so much Jess!!

   I have my lips and nails done by aqwa and can I say she is absolutely amazing at her job! She always makes you feel welcomed and has a smile on her face always! She makes you laugh and does a brilliant job! I’m so pleased with how my lips turned out I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her to get them done! All the girls there are amazing❤️

   The service may be alright but the attitude towards customers isn’t. On the top of that they’re awful liars. I had my nails done twice with them. The nails turned out okay but the nail tech wasn’t chatty at all and looked like it was some sort of punishment for her to be there. Another time I booked my eyelashes to be done. I came the day before to pay deposit or do patch test then I came next day for my appointment and I’ve been informed it was cancelled by me. They said I called them in the afternoon from my phone number and said I wanted to cancel it. Nothing like this happened as I was at work and the last phone call I made to them was on Wednesday (my appointment was on Friday). I didn’t get any cancellation email either which wasn’t the case last time they cancelled. They said they couldn’t do my eyelashes because someone else already booked this time slot. What comes to my mind is that they probably booked in their friend or family in this slot and then they decided to lie about it. I may come back to do my eyelashes once as this is literally the closest place to my house but I’ll definitely keep looking for someone else. As a nail tech myself I can confidently say that the way they treat their clients is unacceptable.

   Love this place. The team are so nice and friendly and the service (nail infills and eyelash extensions) terrific. The very patient woman who did my eyelashes when I couldn't stop blinking may not be thrilled to read this but I wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10
