   I don't usually leave reviews, only when I feel strongly about it! I have (literally) been burnt in the past by another laser clinic, so it took me a while to consider starting again with another clinic. Im so glad I came across Laser Beauty Room. Vij and Bella are so attentive, understanding and professional. They put me at ease every session and tailor every appointment to my needs. My results have been amazing! They are so personable and built such a great comfortable rapport with them both. It's been quite the journey the past 2-3 years and I'm glad it was with this clinic! Would highly recommend :)

   Absolutely appalling and liars. My mum made an appointment for today 7.8.2025 at 2pm. My mum went for the appointment and the place was closed and my mum called the clinic who then said my mum cancelled this morning and said her father was unwell and she couldn't attend the appointment. This is a lie as my grandfather has been dead for 41 years. I then rang them and spoke to the lady who then gave me the same poor excuse and said she went to get lunch and will be there in 5 to 10 minutes. I explained to her what she said to my mum was a lie and she laughed and said a lady rang with the same name as my mum and an appointment at the same time for 2pm and said she couldn't make it as her father is unwell. Would you not cross-reference the telephone number and the full name. Do not go here as they have no integrity. This is absolutely appalling and has caused distress.

   I’ve been coming to these amazing ladies for almost 10 years now, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my laser treatments. They are not only incredibly kind and warm, but their attention to detail is insane — true perfectionists in every sense of the word! Even after moving to Manchester, I still travel all the way to Leicester just to see them, because I know I won’t find this level of care and precision anywhere else. Their professionalism, experience, and the genuine care they show for their clients is unmatched. If you’re looking for the best in the business, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!

   Me and my sister have been religiously attending Laser Beauty Room, results are amazing and hair growth has significantly reduced - even stopped. I would highly reccomend their services, completely affordable, worth every penny and an amazing investment for your body. Bella and Veej are so accommodating and gentle, they give us structured advice for what’s best for our bodies and talked us through all the different machines and what to expect.    I have experienced absolutely life-changing results after having facial laser hair removal. I used to have to keep up with hair removal on a daily basis for years, until I met Vij and Bella. I now feel free as I no longer have to feel conscious, or be on top of removing unwanted facial hair daily. I have previously tried other laser clinics in Leicester and it was disappointing, as I still ended up needing to remove my own hair daily. I thought it was something I'd be stuck with for life, but luckily I was recommended LBR and their professionalism has saved me, with immediate visible results. Laser has also worked wonders for my skin overall, I no longer suffer from breakouts and my texture and tone has massively approved. If you are thinking about laser, or skin treatments, book in with LBR and don't look back, you can trust them completely.    I recommend this place to anyone who is conscious about their hair or wants to reduce hair growth. As some one with PCOS I have struggled with my facial hair so much. Prior to getting laser I needed to shave my face every other day, it would grow fast and corse. Now I don’t even have to touch my face. I’ve had amazing results and the service I was given was amazing! I received a detailed consultation with a honest and realistic opinion. Every session they treated me with patience and kindness. Honestly my confidence has grown so much since I’ve not had to worry about my facial hair! I’m definitely going to go back again for other laser hair removal!

   I've only had a few sessions so far and each time it's been very comfortable, everything was explained so well too so I never felt nervous about what was happening. You'll definitely feel well taken care of here, I know I have, Bella and Vij are very lovely. My hair was very thick and very quick to grow back but even after just the first, it was like a massive difference to me and has only been getting better since. It's especially motivating to see a like this change when every other method I tried before wasn't helpful at all. I'm very glad that I came here :)

   I’m just coming to the end of my laser hair removal course and the experience has been more than I could have hoped for from start to finish! Bella and Vij are amazing, I love seeing them and having a good chat when I visit and their energy is great - they are so patient, make you feel at ease and really listen to your concerns and help tailor your course/treatments for you. It’s very clear they care about what they do and their customers, they’ll always be honest with you and advise you what you do and don’t need. The salon is beautiful and super clean, it always smells amazing as soon as you walk in and makes you feel instantly calm. They’ll do everything they can to get you in at a time to suits you too - I’ve never had an issue booking in for my appointments. Having laser hair removal is something I have pondered over for a while now and I’m so glad I went for it in the end and especially at the Laser Beauty Room… the results are AMAZING. For me it has been life changing, not only has it removed my hair but as a result the condition of my skin is so much better too. If you’re thinking about it, then do it! And definitely go here with Bella and Vij, they’re brilliant! Thank you xx

   I have been going to the Laser Beauty Room for a while now and from the first moment I stepped into their salon and spoke to the girls, I felt assured that they were knowledgeable, took the time to really understand their client and their needs and were extremely professional. I have always felt safe, looked after and I know I can trust their service. I have recommended them to all my friends. The results of my treatment have been fantastic as well.
