The GP I had seen previously said there was nothing they could do and A&E said either wait 7 hours or get an appointment at Oadby Urgent Care. I’m happy to say I chose Oadby Urgent care. I was greeted by Mark, and he had the happiest, friendliest face I’ve seen in a long time when it comes to health care. He took his time to understand my issues/concerns and assured me that he would help. He explained everything fully and prescribed me medication to help with my symptoms and then went ahead and gave me information of exercises to help with the root cause of my tinitus. I left that appointment feeling heard, seen and cared for! Thank-you Mark!”
