Catherine was wonderful and made my nervous father very comfortable. I’m so pleased we’ve been to see her after weeks of worry. Service was thorough, parking was easy and most of all the practitioner was wonderful.
Honestly not sure at first but less hassle, than my own doctor i didn't feel like I was on the clock and sadly at my NHS doctor I do. if you have genuine health needs and time is a factor i definitely would recommend worked out for me.and the staff are really cool, pleasant people who really try to sort any fears or issues. peace of mind is priceless
We needed a health certificate urgently, so booked an appointment with Midland Health. Got the first appointment at 10a.m. They phoned at exactly 10. The lady was very clear and helpful with the information she needed. Within a few minutes after the call the certificate was emailed through. Great service.
Thoroughly recommend Midland Health. Went to the Leicester clinic for pre and post travel tests. Great customer service and lovely friendly people. Someone always at the end of the phone to answer queries and emails responded to within the hour, unlike other clinics contacted. Little bit more expensive though prices have now been reduced. Was happy to pay the extra for peace of mind rather than waiting to receive postal tests. Really pleased with the overall service. Will definitely use again.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received for my teenage daughter. I thought it was a little on the expense side at first but it was worth every penny. Had urgent Blood tests done midday Friday and has 3 results back on the Monday and the last one the day after. The doctor was incredibly lovely. Friendly positive knowledgeable and very informative. Booked the service and rescheduled a few times due to the flight cancellation. They have so many people working on the other end of the emails so the response is really fast and what’s more there is no miscommunication even though virtually every time is a different staff replying me. The testing place in Leicester is very spacious with the parking adjacent to it. The staff over there is friendly and know what they are doing. We did the express same day Covid test and the result was back to us before 6pm. Anyways I will definitely recommend it to people!
I personally don’t know how to thank you enough for the amazing service. You guys saved me from paying an extra ticket because I was going to miss my flight! Although I paid for the standard PCR test I got my results prior the time we decided upon because I was meant to have the test on me at the airport. The only reason I’m back home with family is your great help in managing to get my test thru. Staff were extremely sweet and helpful and the service was beyond great! Thank you so much.
