   Jay Majevadia was recommended to me by my husband. I saw him for a check up and he discussed my options for a chipped tooth and replacement filling which was carried out today. Jay exudes confidence and excellence. He is swift and efficient and as a patient, you feel you are in very capable hands. He is also warm and friendly with great communication skills.    Today I visited a female Dentist, Dania. 1. She was able to fill the front of my teeth professionally, quickly, positively, carefully and efficiently. 2. She clearly and specifically explained to me how and when to brush my teeth. 3. She prescribed me a good toothpaste. 4. It was clear from her that she was trying to do her job as well as possible.    My family and I have been using Priory Dental for several years. The dentists are consistently friendly, professional, and easy to deal with, which we really appreciate. However, as others have mentioned in their reviews, the experience with the reception staff has been disappointing. We've found them to be quite rude and lacking in basic communication skills. It's surprising to encounter such behaviour in a patient-facing role, and we hope this is something the practice will address.

   No hygiene appointments available for 4 months after being sent messages by the practice to book in for an appointment. They’re still blaming the pandemic and it’s now October 2022, which isn’t what other practices are saying. Patients will have costly dental problems as a result of not seeing a hygienist for a year at a time. They need to sort the place out, it was chaotic for my last appointment and I wasn’t confident with the info I was being told.
