   What a great find. I needed an MOT urgently and stumbled upon Pearsons garage (which is tucked away on Salop street, Penarth). Clive and his team were superb, very professional and did an amazing job. I have to give then an extra thank you as they forfeited their early Friday finish to get the job done. Big thanks to Anis ( sorry if I've got the spelling wrong)...he greeted me with such warmth an humour and it made me smile for the rest of the day.. x

   Long story short but a fuel pump relay replacement (£15) shouldnt come to £222 especially when the AA had already diagnosed that or fuel pump itself. Maybe staff werent listening ??? Uneccessary £45 for duagnostic which had already been done, 2 hous labour at £70/hr taking the urine to check a relay ?! I would have just replaced relay as advised by AA and then moved on to pump... 10 minute job bearing in mind it was left accessible by AA so they could check that first !!! Dissapointing really as have always sung the garage praises in the past. Hope Clive ( the lovely owner) is back to full health soon to get the place back in order ! Dave Mercedes B class......

   Called them at 3:55 pm and asked if they could do a Motorbike MOT at short notice. They said yes and I got there at 4:10pm and my bike was Mot’ed by 5:00pm. Great service. Great guys there.

   Just moved to the area. Needed to find a new garage. Was recommended these guys. Polite, courteous and good communication. Mot at 12, phoned at 1pm to inform new pads and brakes needed, job done by 4.45pm. amazing. Very reasonable pricing too. Thoroughly recomend.

   I want to share my horrible experience after sending my car for MOT at Pearsons Garage. My car was sent in fine without any damage but as you can see from the pictures it is clearly scratched and damaged. Pearsons Garage refused to take responsibility to this. I am unable to understand the explanation from Pearsons Garage as they claimed that scratches around the rims and tyre are results from changing the tyre. Intuitively I could only comprehend this as someone recklessly drove my car and scratched the wall!! Sending in my car for MOT fine and collecting it after with such damage I am truly angry and speechless. With Pearsons Garage refusing to take any responsibilities at all, I urge you guys to be extra careful for sending your car there.
