   I needed some custom sized fire doors which are not generally supplied and Selco especially Steve went out of his way to have these custom made for me, he also helped me with some changes i made on my order. I find it easy to get through to them via phone and they always get back to me with any of my queries and requests which fantastic. Thank you Steve for all your help and selco staff.

   I have used here a few times. Staff are always helpful and friendly but when i have had issues with returning faulty paint that smelt and had gone off they were not the easiest to deal with. Lots of things in stock for diy but quite expensive. Lots of parking outside

   The staff are so helpful. I am disabled, and they all go above and beyond to help me. They help me get exactly what I need. Alfie cut the wood to the exact size I needed and help me load the car. He was very chatty, and interested in what we needed the wood for. He obviously loves his job, and he's good at it.

   I would give them 0 if I could. Customer service rubbish. They were going to phone me 4 times never did I had to phone them 3 times the 4th time I'm still waiting for that phone call and its been 2 weeks. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

   On two occasions i have tried to place an order, thank God it was not a large one. CArd payment would not go through, i understand that this happens as a security issue, When i stated that I would check with my Bank and get back to Selco i was informed that it was on thier side not mne and that they (selco) needed to ring thier bank(Barclays) this was not something that the staff member was willing to do, her exact statement was, "I am not going to do that". I am lucky. that it was not a business requirement and as a new client i can honestly say that i will never be moving my business needs to Selco.

   Good range of products but be warned to check your receipt as they will charge for you for something completely different than the thing your actually purchased.
