   poor online system: order online and they email you the next day stating item not in stock. call customer services to amend order to be told they cannot amend orders, request refund on rest of order, customer services cannot issue refunds either apparently. nor are they capable of giving any useful advice or alternatives.

   Caz on the paintmixing desk is an absolute legend, a trip to get paint should not be fun, it should be boring, but her attitude and overall demeanor meant it was a fun way to spend a little bit of time. I sincerely hope this is seen and she gets some well deserved recognition, staff like this stop people keep customers coming back!

   Words fail me. I entered feedback on the B&Q website after a recent visit. The staff member was patronising and unhelpful. I have checked twice since posting. It seems to have been 'lost in the post' - so to speak.

   Got kicked out because we were without parents, looking for plants for our garden! Got followed outside and a staff member told us to "get out immediately" and said "where are your parents? Exactly your not with them so out now" and followed us outside and then the guy got in his car and watched us as we walked to McDonald's and then beeped and drove off. Extremely rude and inconsiderate.

   Absolutely dreadfull!! Over 50% of the kitchen units had to go back, several units not delivered on time so months of unfinished kitchen. Would not recommend. Wrong shower screen supplied but replaced for same price.
