   Very friendly staff anf calm little place. Also a reliable service with reliable branded goods with discounts and affordable prices. The staff let me see and examine the work pants from the plastic which I appreciate. My boyfriend loved the pants. I hope to get another pair soon.

   3rd Dec our daughter visited to purchase light bulbs on our recommendation however the member of staff was rude confrontational it was to distressing our daughter had a panic attack leaving the store. Our daughter is recovering from major surgery all she wanted was some help. After calming down our daughter down she went into wicks store were the staff went over & above to help even carrying her goods to cash then out that's what I call customer service. I would suggest the member of staff go on a customer service training course. Or find alternative employment where he doesn't have to deal with customers.

   Ordered click and collect instead of delivery, as click and collect said '24-48 hours' and delivery said about 5 days. 8 days on, still waiting for items to be ready to collect... called a few days ago and they said it should be ready the next day (3 days ago). Still nothing. Not only am I a bit frustrated that I could have picked delivery if it'd have taken this long anyway (cheaper and quicker than C&C), I could have actually ordered from Amazon and had it delivered by now...

   Great staff baring in mind what we're going through, I try to order for click and collect but sometimes it's not that easy. Usually have what you need in stock and seeing them deal with some customers they need a medal. Many thanks for putting up with everything you get you (and everyone else in retail) deserve better. Keep up the good work!
