   Good price and speedy delivery. Wasn't in during delivery though was called by the driver prior and asked where I'd like the tonne bags of ballast dropping. The driver dropped them exactly where asked, perfect!

   Materials good. Delivery shite. Booked for Tuesday. They then Said it would be Wednesday, ok not great but can live with that. I chased at 3pm Wednesday to be told it was now Thursday. In summery materials good delivery shite.

   This company is making fun of its customers and thinks they are apologizing and that everything is ok! No it is not because customers take time off that they arrange so that they can wait all day for their order. Why? Because this company is not able to tell the time when they will arrive, that is called garbage professionalism and fairness to customers! On top of that, if the customer does not call where his order is, he does not get a message that his order will arrive the next day, without explanation! I think this company probably needs a new employee, or management! Remember that we customers pay for it online and we have to make time to wait all day for celebrities!!!

   The boys at this branch go above and beyond,! Paddy has helped us out so many times when I have needed a favour, Andy is always spot on with customer service and makes me feel part of the family! Scott in the yard is always straight to me asking what I need and always has good attitude, would defo recommend this branch as I use a lot in the chain but these boys always look after you

   Very poor first experience with this branch. ANDY seems to think it's perfectly OK to speak to customers with his could not care attitude. If he does not like the job then give someone else the opportunity who does not tarnish the name of the company. Shame there are still individuals like this in customer facing roles. Will be letting alot of our trade customers know not to use Myers as Manningham Concrete are better to deal with.

   Great Service Order some materials on Friday evening. Received a phone call first thing Monday with a delivery day and delivered promptly on Wednesday. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and professional. My wife was in and he took great care dropping a large bag of gravel exactly where we asked. Could ask for more, thankyou.
