   One of the best garages in Barry in my opinion. I’ve been going to this place for a few years now. They have very experienced and knowledgeable people working there and are able to fix faults that other garages are unable to do. If you have any car “electrical” issues then this is the go-to place. They also carry out all other mechanical repairs. I took my BMW X6 here not so long ago, which needed a new glow plug module. This unit can cost a lot if ordered from the dealer, however, one of the mechanics kindly suggested purchasing the module from eBay to save me some money. They then fitted it for me, and I was only charged the labour costs. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. You may have to wait a week or two for them to fit your car in - as the garage is very popular - however, I believe that it is worth the wait to make sure that your car is taken good care of. Highly recommend this garage. 5*

   My van was fixed again by these guys, used them a few times now and they've always fixed problems other mechanics haven't been able to do. The only problem is that my work van loses me money while it's broken and its usually a 2 week wait to get booked in. I know the wait is because they are good but just being honest that I'd use them more if the waiting time was quicker

   Booked my car here for an electrical fault with an oil pressure and rear lights warning light intermittently working. All they did was changed the bulbs and top up my oil. Work that had already previously carried out, hence how I knew it was electrical. I drove the car less than a mile when the oil light came on!! I emailed and had no response. They did not carryout any of the work it was booked in for. I’ve been ignored and treated like a woman who doesn’t know what she’s talking about. I won’t be returning. Awful

   I’ve been using BW Autos for over five years. There are brilliant. The work is always done to a higher standard! Professional and friendly staff. They always try to give you a fair price. They have always bend over backwards to help me when my car surprises me with a fault. I will never use another garage. Once you find a good one you stick with it!

   Good garage. If you want car “electrical” work done then this is the number 1 place in Barry. They also carry out all other mechanical work. Very friendly, helpful, and honest staff. Fair prices. Recommend.

   I've been using this place for some years now. It's difficult to find a garage you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Always friendly and upfront with regards to what work needs doing. Very knowledgable bunch of guys, know their stuff! I highly recommend BW Autos.
