   John is an excellent mechanic and really knows his stuff. He has plenty of equipment and is knowledgeable in using it. He is very fair with his prices and is always busy. He really does look after his customers. He is a BMW specialist and knows them inside out. He works on many types and makes of vehicles. John is someone you can trust and rely on, a very genuine person.

   Don't be put off by first impressions. This is not the flash dealership type of garage. But what you do get is a very experienced technician with the latest technology and knows how to use it. I had taken my BMW 520 for it's usual service at my local garage in Cardiff and on collection found issues with the onboard computer, they tried using their computer and brought in an electrician to try and sort it out. They could not sort out the problem. I was told about John the BMW guy and given a number to call. Thank heavens for that recommendation. I made an appointment with the garage, I had time restitution to get the repair and was delighted to find him waiting and ready to start on my arrival. His laptop and software is on another level to my regular garage. Within minutes he had sorted out the Bluetooth issue and it only took about another half hour to fix the parking sensors and the other onboard computer issues. I will not hesitate to use him again, I have been in the motor trade all my working career and I can promise everyone this man knows what he is doing. His fee was very reasonable and less than I expected. He can do all types of repairs from servicing, body repairs to reprogramming your cars computer, including remapping.

   John did a fantastic job on my Kia ceed. I was pretty gutted when I scuffed my bumper after only having the car for one week, even more so when John said that the Kia’s need three layers of special paint … nonetheless he did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price. John was spot on with his timescales and he was very friendly and trustworthy. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to go back to him if I needed more work done - my car looks as good as new!

   John and Diamond repair centre are absolute fabulous. I can’t recommend their service, work and professionalism enough. Honest, genuine and extremely trustworthy. Saved me £1000’s vs what I was advised to replace by the car OEM brand which I shan’t name. Thank you so much the diagnostics, repairs and light replacements. The savings are hugely welcome at Xmas too.
