   I took my E39 BMW here to help diagnose and fix a vacuum leak which was causing the car to stall and run rough. The car was trailered to the garage. I'd frequently walk past on my lunch break and see that the car hadn't moved. After about three weeks of being told he's waiting for parts, I found that the car was unlocked on the road in the same place it had been dropped off, with cobwebs forming. After a month of chasing, I was told it was fixed and was charged £380. I took the car home to discover that all he'd done was unplug the MAF sensor to stop the car stalling. There were no new CCV components that I'd paid for and the same issue was there when I plugged the sensor back in. After I'd asked for proof of work and new parts (which couldn't be given), my money was returned without apology. Luckily I didn't agree to the bank transfer payment which was requested. Empty cider cans in the garage is another sign that this place isn't doing professional work. The guy running the place has a polite attitude, but he's clearly willing to scam you for a lot of money. Especially dangerous if you're not in the position to check the "work" carried out afterwards yourself.

   Claim to be bmw “specialists” trusted the good reviews, ended up keeping my car for weeks, I had to chase them up multiple times a week, only to get my car back and for issues with the car to still be there so they clearly didn’t even start the car to check it was complete. Couldn’t even sort out parking sensors, Avoid at all costs.

   Took my R53 Mini to Mark & Jordan today for a decent sized overhaul on the underneath and the service has been faultless from start to finish! Was kept update to date throughout the process (phone calls and pictures) of the job and the results were better than expected! 10/10 will be visiting them again…

   what can I say, first time I've used this garage and I'm very happy with the service received from them today. I took my bmw in this morning at 9 for the flexi repair replacement on my exhaust and told it would be done by 3, but it was done by 12, now that's what I call fast service, happy with the work and the price, I would 100% recommend these guys, I will be definitely using them again for future jobs on my Car when needed. Thanks again guys!! keep up the great work.

   I've taken my car here twice, the first time he diagnosed an electrical issue another garage couldn't. This time I went for some repairs and the service was just as good. Both jobs done within the day and at a good price, highly recommended.
