   I took my VW T4 in to have a few minor jobs done. Whilst the vehicle was in their care it developed a brand new electrical issue which then took months to resolve. When I eventually got the vehicle back they hadn't completed the jobs I'd I originally taken it in for. Then I was surprised to receive 4 separate parking fines for the vehicle which had been left parked on double yellow lines somewhere in Barry. When I complained about this the owner got very aggressive towards me and tried to blame the age of the vehicle for the issues. I was forced to pay the fines in full, a total of £400. He said he would take it off the final bill. At this point I had lost all trust in them. An incredibly stressful and drawn out negative experience, made worse by the attitude of the owner and the way he behaved towards me.

   I can't speak highly enough of these guys. They're simply brilliant. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. They're also very honest about what they can and can't do, and honest and transparent with pricing too. Honestly, if you need work done to a vehicle which comes from the VW group, don't hesitate to come here. Worth mentioning also, that I've previously (for the last 8 years) gone to the VW van centres in both Cardiff and Swansea, and VWS leave them standing..... Both dealers are shockingly bad at customer service, never mind the work they ,do, and I wish I'd come here a long time ago. Cheers all, hope you enjoyed the donuts!!

Despite my car presenting a challenging situation, they managed it with professionalism and care, keeping me updated throughout. I cannot fault their work and will continue to use them for all of my future car needs.

   I have had my Seat car serviced and MOT 'd with VWS more than once. I am very happy with the service they provide. They are prompt to reply, professional and I have been very happy with the results of their services. They have provided advice on interval repairs and they have not tried to "sell up" on any advisories that have cropped up. Their pricing is much better than main dealers and I feel I am getting the equivalent service. Will be using again.

   Having worked in the Automotive (component) industry all my working life with an understanding of both Main dealers and Independent garages, I have to say that Welsh VW/Audi/Mercedes specialists are a great garage to deal with. They are friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and probably more importantly honest and trustworthy ….. would thoroughly recommend these guys.

   Sold my VW polo to Welsh VW Specialists and received excellent service and seller peace of mind. I was offered a reasonable price where I wasn’t out of pocket, and a very nice bloke called Tom drove all the way down to Brighton from Cardiff to collect my car allowing me a quick and efficient sale. A definite one to sell your car to with no hassle.

   I have a VW and there is a difference between people who can fix a VW and people who understand a VW. VW Specialists are in the latter category. I had something of an issue with my clutch, there was some wheel wobble at high speeds and I needed a MOT. All done at a very reasonable price (about half of what the main dealer quoted) and my car is running very well. Very pleased with the standard of service.
