   Found a great deal on a half price plant, but it wasn’t tagged as being on sale and the staff here didn’t seem the happiest. Would use again, but I don’t always find B&Q the cheapest and the range of products isn’t the biggest. Wish they did more furniture pieces rather than the odd chair and bedside table.

   Nathan at the Euroway trading estate branch has been amazing today. Nice friendly approach, greeted with a smile and stayed with us all the way whilst we chose our brand new kitchen for a rented property. He picked everything off the shelves, served us at the till and placed our items in the vehicle. Extremely helpful. I hope he is recognised for this. 5* many thanks NATHAN we are extremely pleased with our purchase.

   This store has a huge stock of items pretty much all the time. The staff are very helpful & friendly and the prices are great. It's good to see that B&Q hasn't increased there prices massively like most DIY stores! Keep up the good work guys!

   My local b and q. Often has offers on not at other branches. I do get some absolute bargains especially end of line items look out for red stickers on the tickets on the shelf. Friendly and helpful staff!! Usually good with stock! Download the app and collect points I got £5 free when I did it not sure if the offers still on. It's free and it is useful to have!!

   I go in this store alot. But now not any more. As told I had to scan my own things by the girl on the till. She was very rude. I don't work at B&Q so why should I have to do there job for them. This will lead to less staff in store as they will not be needed. I will now go to other places that are not rude and tell you to go to self serve. Also I was in there last week and while I was in the queue 4 people refused to use them and walked out.
