   Placed order on the 20th September, it was not delivered so cancelled on the 3rd October, the person straight away said no problem she has cancelled my order. I have sent far too many emails since trying to get my money back!! They just lie to you and pass you onto another person, this service is a joke! It’s now the 26th October and still no refund! I have now contacted my bank to ask them to do it, as clearly Cutwel have no intension of delivering your order but more than happy to keep your money!!! Customer service is the worst I have ever seen!! I will never buy from them again.

   I ordered 4 grooving tools, one was in stock. They decided to ship no tools at all and said the tools will be back in stock in around 10 days. I presume they had a stock discrepancy (which does happen) but this was not explained to me just refusal to send me any tools with out me paying more. They have a more expensive tool (only £20 more) which they could have sent me but they have refused unless I pay the extra. This order was £200 and I spend around 15K a year with cutwel, in short they don't care about the customer, if your machine is down and do not want to resolve their own errors. I can order the same tools from WNT in Germany and get better service!

   My account with Cutwel is pro Forma, maybe all of Cutwel’s staff should have some training on what that word actually means. I order a good amount from them monthly and one of there staff members incorrectly added a low value item to my order and it wasn’t paid for. I was sent no Invoice for the amount, no statement, no correspondence. 2 months down the line I get letter saying my account is on stop, completely bemused about it all the accounts department explain the above to me. I have had my pro forma account place on stop because of their staff members mistake. My orders have now not been dispatched and have machines not running for at least 24 hours (the insignificant amount of £50 was paid by bank transfer) You get what you pay for, should have stayed with wnt!

   on the verge of changing tool suppliers due to poor technical team who aren't will to help out. up to this point I would of given 5 star but now 1 and avoid unless you know what your getting

   would like to order from them if they didn't have a useless website. cant make a new account, can't reset the password of the old account. The website isn't compatible with ad blocking software, but even after disabling that, I still couldn't make an account.

   I was needing a burr or two for my die grinder, sadly, very few places had what I wanted or couldn't supply them the same day, 3 days in most cases and I needed it for a job that afternoon. These guys had them in stock, I dropped in and chose what I wanted from their extensive catalogue. There are various priced items, as you expect and the Karnasch burrs I bought weren't cheap, but the quality is second to none, perfect for grinding off reinforcement in upvc frames, did what I needed and then some, still sharp! Very pleased with the items bought and the service received. If you're into your tools, check these guys out!!
