Katie helped me so much through my divorce, she was always patient, kind and I felt I could always go to her when I was struggling with paper work, she always responded quickly and explained everything very clearly, always letting me know the situation so far, whenever I saw Katie she was always smiling, polite and friendly, the receptionists were friendly too.
