   Extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process! This is an update to a previous review. They've helped me twice now and they've been superb on both occasions. I've even recommended Helen twice and she's been brilliant for them also. First review: I'm a first time buyer and wanted to complete by an ambitious date. Helen guided me and kept me informed at all parts of the journey and eventually complete on our deadline. I'd highly recommend Cooke Painter to anyone looking to buy a property!

   They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do but using Cooke Painter certainly took a lot of that stress away. We used Helen and we couldn't have been happier with her. Even our seller was impressed with how good she was and she made their solicitor's look bad because she was constantly on the ball. I trusted her completely and I never had to chase her, in fact she constantly chased everyone else because they were so much slower and less professional than she was. When people threatened to pull out of the sale she went above and beyond our expectations to make it happen and we were very impressed. I can honestly say I would never want to use any other solicitor and I can't recommend her highly enough. We are so thankful and appreciative for her hard work, how patient she was with all of our questions and queries and for always being so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Even though it's not yet perfect, we now own our dream home and it's hugely thanks to Helen and we will be forever thankful to her for making it all happen.

   We were thoroughly impressed by the diligence, expedience, friendly manner and professionalism shown by Sue and team at Cooke Painter. Our house sale got slightly complex due to an issue on the vendors side, to say we were pleased to have communicative and competent solicitors to get us through the process is an understatement. As the date of completion approached, Sue was in regular contact and explained every aspect carefully. It helped us feel confident that we would complete on time and have our bases covered. Thankfully the house purchase went through and we are now enjoying our new home. Cooke Painter are a step above a basic conveyancer and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who wants an efficient and competent team to get them through the largest purchase of their lives.
