When I called to book an appointment for a wash and blow dry, the service fell short of basic expectations. The initial wash and dry lacked the use of a brush, and when I requested it, I was surprised to be asked if I wanted my hair styled. Furthermore, being charged extra for using a brush mid-service was unexpected. Moreover, the salon neglected to use any heat protection despite my request, which was concerning. The lack of attention to detail and customer service left much to be desired. I believe it's crucial for the salon to address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers. Brought my 86 year old mum again yesterday. Shannon the stylist was very friendly and considerate. This helped mum relax which is very important to me. Mum was very pleased indeed with her hair. Will come again and highly recommend. 5+
