We Took my austic son yesterday to try it .Normally it's so hard to cut his hair,tears tantrums etc .we tried this place and omg how nice are they .my son left smiling and with a lollypop.i wouldn't take him anywhere else .highly recommend
Disappointed with the service they didn't listen to what I said to them,I ask for number one on the back and sides and number two on the top,I got a number one all over,I wasn't the only one it happen to been going there for a while,I'm thinking of not going ther again they keep changing the staff so you don't get the same person who done your hair the time before
The couple who owns the shop are incredibly friendly and welcoming especially to someone who hates getting their hair cut like me. They gave me a great haircut. The shop's cool atmosphere and decor made the experience even better. I'll be coming back for sure!
Nipped in today with my son for a hair cut. Hes very picky where he goes as most places do the same cut on everyone. However i have a very sassy boy who knows how he wants his hair. Absolutely amazing barbers perfect my son who has adhd and autism. Definitely be going back knowing my son left with a smile on his face. We have been to a few places and I have never seen my son sit so still and feel so comfortable.. thank you so so much guys.
Wonderful cut from an oustanding Barbers. I was in the area and risked getting my hair cut from my usual place in my hometown. The shop was wonderfully decorated, the owners were super friendly and it was just a completely relaxing experience from start to finish. The cost was around £10 cheaper than my local also and for a far better experience!

Pete did a great job with my very teary toddler. He managed to keep him entertained and we finished off with a great cut! Also dealt with a mum who kept getting in the way! Lol Really friendly and welcoming barbers. Will be back on our next visit to Leicester. .
Husband and wife team very talented, and friendly. Totally up to date with the new trends. Specialise in special needs, trained and experienced, would recommend you take your kids to Carlo's as they know how hard and frightening it can be for kids with special needs, non judgmental so you don't have yo feel embarrassed about your childs behaviour, they totally understand.
