Came to warn people then read all the other reviews. Much of the same; package arrived with parts missing, made me jump through hoops with pictures then return process then a month later I still had to chase the refund. I echo the sentiment of the majority reviews here. Unprofessional and wasted my time.
I bought this item from them on Amazon and they sent me the wrong product, leaving my project half-finished. The seller initially agreed to send a replacement but has been ignoring me completely for over a month. They’ve kept my money and still haven’t resolved the issue. Very disappointing experience — definitely not a reliable seller.
Do not use this company. Ordered a few things, took nearly 3 weeks for them to organise a return, then had to chase them for a refund. Then they tried to tell me theres a 20% restocking fee even though it goes against consumer contracts regulations. Impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone, emails going unanswered, just a nightmare from start to finish, avoid like the plague
I bought 3x sets of Coburn Twin 60 door runner kits via Amazon. Next I got a message saying seller had cancelled the order, with no explanation given or message from seller. The message also said I will be refunded in 5-7 days. The same items remain on Amazon and Ebay at the same price and in stock. This company is crooked. They can take immediate payment and they can return payment immediately. If I could be bothered I would go through Citizens Advice to take them through Trading Standards. Once an order is accepted and payment taken, the seller has entered into a legally binding contract. I can't be bothered with this option as it won't change the way they operate. I recommend avoiding this seller.

Traditional hardware store - good pricing and excellent advise especially concerning replacement locks. Big savings compared with B&Q! Parking can be difficult at times.
Order through Amazon, was told that the item had been dispatched but was not given a tracking number, when the order did not arrive on time I requested an update but none was forthcoming. I further contacted the company and was told that the courier 'could not find' the item and that another would be sent, I have not received a tracking number for a new dispatch and have not been contacted at all in 3 days. I have cancelled my order, requested a refund and would suggest others avoid this company. I do not like being lied to.
