   My experience from the moment I spoke with the manager was outstanding. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely listened to my concerns, with a friendly and welcoming manner that immediately put me at ease. Grace delivered a flawless result and executed everything perfectly — her experience truly shows, & I'd say she's a 5-star hairdresser. Throughout my appt, she was professional, friendly & made me feel comfortable. An extra shoutout to Vishali, who took the time to come over & understand exactly what I was looking for and provided thoughtful, expert advice, all with such a warm and smiley presence. I’m delighted with the service.

   I went to get my hair done by vishali. She is so amazing with her work. She takes time to explain everything and give honest advice whether the colour is achievable or not. I have been to her twice and she has nailed the look both times. She is not only a wonderful hairdresser but wonderful human being inside out. Definitely recommend her.

   I am extremely happy with the experience I had at this salon. I have very naturally dark black hair and was nervous to have it dyed professionally for the first time before my birthday. I showed Liberty a few pictures and videos of what I wanted to achieve. She absolutely smashed it!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better result! She was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She also checked to see if I was happy with the colour before rinsing it off. 5 hours spent in the chair and it was absolutely worth it!!! Thank you so much Liberty you are truly talented and I will always be coming back to you!!

   I always go to London Road hair salon its perfection every time. Today i had my hair done by Ruby, she is so nice and friendly and understood the look i wanted to go for. I previously went a warm brown a year before and this year wanted to go lighter. All the girls there are amazing at doing hair. I cant thank Ruby enough for the experience and the outcome, ive had comments on my hair all day since walking out the salon and im so happy with my hair. 5 hours in the chair and worth every penny. Everyone is professional and welcoming, and the music is always a vibe. I cant wait for my next visit.. thank you Ruby for getting me summer ready xxx

   I had my haircut yesterday and I’m really disappointed about the experience and result. It was not a busy period but my haircut felt like it was rushed and I wasn’t even shown the back of my hair once it was done. The hairdresser decided to style my hair wavey which just hid how badly its been cut. I went home and straightened it to realise my hair is not cut evenly (one side is longer than the other) and I have very choppy and uneven layers that don’t blend well on one side with little to no layers on the other. I have attached a picture of the left and right side of my hair. Really unhappy I paid £39 for this?!

   My hair was bleached and toned by Lauren. Amazing service!!!! The consultation was extremely clear. The bleaching and toning was handled very well. She always made sure I was comfortable, and did a stunning job. For sure will be coming back. Thanks Lauren!

   After seeing reviews and instagram posts, I finally decided to go and get my hair done at London Rd Hair. During my first visit to the salon, I spoke to Paula who was very sweet and understanding when I explained what colour I wanted and the issues I’ve had previously with my scalp. I also got my patch test the same day. Few days later, I had an appointment with Paula as I’ve spoken to her about what I wanted before and thought it would be the right decision for her to do my hair. I was very happy with the outcome because this is the first time I got my hair dyed. I was feeling very nervous but thanks to Paula she was very lovely and helpful, I’m so glad she did my hair so I do recommend her!! I felt very welcomed here, the other stylists also spoke to me and asked if I wanted any beverages to drink, I hope to come back soon!

   Highly recommend Vishali- been to her twice already colouring my hair. She takes the utmost time and care, taking each strand of hair into consideration! If that’s not dedication then I don’t know what is. Can never fault her skills EVER! Never get my hair done in the U.K. as I had all bad experiences. Super happy to have discovered her, i will only go to her from now on.
