Called into the store as my JetWash wasn’t working properly. Camran cleaned out the nozzle so it’s back working. Great service as I’ve had the JetWash a couple of years.
Visited this store to buy a puddle pump the salesman Kamaran was very polite and very helpful . The sales manager Subhaan was extremely helpful and gave me very good advice on how to use the item that i purchased. I left this store very happy with the service provided. Would recommend .

The whole process went well. From the initial call to source the item, ordering then to collection the staff were helpful and informative. The PC60 Phase Converter seems well made and robust. I'm fitting it this week.

Wanted a Power Pack as advertised on website rang to see if they where instore was told yes Arrived at the store not in stock staff didn't know what they even are. Had to show staff and explain. Come on Machine Mart know your products you advertise
I've shopped here on numerous occasions over the years and had varying experiences, some good & some not so good .... prices can be a little steep, you really do need to shop around, this is definitely "NOT" my go to shop for tools, there are much better out there, with a far superior no quibble returns policy.
I'm sad I've not used these guys before.... Karum I think his name was. Just knew straight away everything I needed. No messing about.
