   I've been here several times to request a special order. The guy behind the counter says only the manager can do that. I say please ask him to call me. He never does. I chase, no response. Several times we go through this routine. I go to another branch now. Keighley branch is a literal waste of time.

   Being a complete new starter and knowing nothing of making a shed foundation 2X3 meters, I went to them hopefully for advice on the materials which I needed and how much I'd need. After a £150 purchase I set to work to discover I was short of materials by far, I'm absolutely annoyed I was recommended to buy the things i did. I measured correctly and told them the scale I was working on. They were very happy to make a sale so good for them.

   Ripped off yet again. Every time I give this place the benifit of the doubt and call in been the nearest builders yard to me, I regret it. I purchased a few plaster boards and bags of multifinish. I was charged near double what I normally pay. I was charged £9.99 for 10 rubble bags.. These are £2.99 at every other outlet.

   I ordered a couple of the ton bags of Rowlawn Blended Loam from Travis Perkins Keighley. I am very happy to recommend them highly. The price was almost half that of buying direct from the Rowlawn website. The topsoil was delivered on the agreed date and the driver was very friendly and helpful and took the time and trouble to back down the drive and place the bags in the most convenient place for me. Great pricing and service.
