Had a lovely massage from this place, the staff were friendly and professional. The place is well suited to those that are in the centre of town and parking is available from any of the local car parks.

I’ve been to this salon 3 times; the first I booked for my partner and i, we had a pretty good experience. The 2nd time I booked over Facebook messenger as the online appointments forms was not working, my appointment didn’t even get booked which was extremely disappointing. The 3rd time I finally got my acrylics done, and the manicure and experience itself was decent - the salon is always clean, and the girls are always polite, well-mannered and lovely. However I typically wear my nails very long and rarely ever have incident of them breaking with my usual nail salon. The longevity of the manicure I got at Urban Beauty lasted less than a week. The gel polish was chipping after 5 days, and my first nail broke off completely within a week. All this because I wanted to try somewhere I thought would be better than my usual nail salon before my holiday! Now I’m on vacation, with horribly broken nails! Absolutely not what I expected from a place that charges so much. I’ve had decent experiences there however I personally don’t think I could recommend or return to this salon in good faith because the price is not worth the quality in my personal experience. I also definitely will not be returning after my experience with my nails.
I just had a Caci ultra facial here and it was amazing with a very good result looking younger firmer and plumper. I would highly recommend this salon and this treatment.
