Ive had such an amazing experiance with pinks and blus. The staff are so nice and proffesional. I had a facial done and it was highly relaxing and left my skin glowing. I definatly reccomend to anyone looking for an all rounder beauty salon!!
Came to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Lady was pleasant however, didn’t ask me what shape I wanted or what colour tint I would like; considering I have fair skin and dark hair so she wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t of told her. Not much conversation during the treatment, more me telling her how I’m making the most of my time off being child free! Waxing and colour application fine however; when it came to the threading there was a lot of snagging which was starting to hurt so I was glad when it was over. The whole treatment took around 10 mins and I feel she didn’t leave the dye on long enough to take. Therefore my eyebrows are not as dark as I would have liked. Wouldn’t mind but £16 quite a lot to pay for 10 minutes work and not the outcome I hoped for.
Very horrible customer service. Met “Mosmy” today at the shopping mall. Asked for a few changes after she has done my eyebrows, she would never care less about the changes I have asked for. Zero costumer service. Zero quality. Zero accountability. Never had such horrible experience. Please DON’T use their services at any cost. She also didn’t wash her hands between clients. By the way this is the 2nd time to use this place and they didn’t wash their hands the other day so zero hygiene. This is a one star as there is no zero star option. BAD. AWUFUL.
Pinks and Blu’s Beauty is my go to beauty salon. I can get all my treatments done in one place it’s time saving and the salon itself is absolutely beautiful and clean. I had my nails and eyebrows done the other day and I left feeling excellently looked after and feeling more confident. This is what really stands out from previous salon experiences, I always leave their shop feeling pretty and clean. All of the staff are very friendly and passionate about their job which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend Pinks and Blu’s if your looking for somewhere you can actually feel relaxed and comfortable!!
The 2 ladies that I spoke to was very nice. But the result of my nails was very poor not only was it not the colour I wanted but they just look awful. My thumb has a jagged tip, they got the varnish under my nails. if they had actually removed all the colour that was my nails to begin with it wouldn’t look so bad but the new colour is see though, so u can see blotches of blue everywhere.
Took my sister to have her brows done at the bar stationed in the priors on Tuesday morning. Absolutely shocking is the only words I can use to describe! The lady cut her eyebrow open, her eyebrows are wonky. And then she tried to start tinting her lashes! The other lady saw what an awful job she’d done and she came over and tried to rectify it! Still look awful! Will never ever use again. Steer well clear!
