   I have been coming here for the past few years and have always been happy with the service. However, today I waited for an hour, and when the person in front of me finally got his haircut, I thought it would be my turn. But then, another man walked in and immediately jumped the queue. I was told to wait because he had been waiting "for hours." The truth is, he wasn’t even near or inside the shop. The man in front of me was there just before me and rightfully got his haircut. This other person did not. I don’t understand why some people are treated differently here. It seems like if you're not a close friend or a liked customer, you're ignored. I won’t be returning after this experience. I used to respect this place, but that situation changed my view. It was a place that fixed my hair when someone cut my hair wrong and have been going ever since, sadly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone now.

   I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Rebaz barber studio. I waited for over an hour, only to see them take another customer who arrived after me. There was no explanation or apology from the staff, which made it even worse. The lack of organization and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. If they can’t manage appointments or walk-ins fairly, it’s hard to trust them with anything else. I left without getting a haircut and will not be returning.

   Hands down the best value and quality hair cut I've ever spent £20 on. Fantastic staff, super friendly and accommodating. Offer drinks and refreshments to customers while you wait. Their hot towel treatment is fantastic and the barbers spend the time to make sure the cut is perfect. Definitely going to be a regular. Keep it up, gents

   Went there for the first and very last time today. Went for a hair cut and beard trim and shave. Hair cut was ok but if you want a beard shave and trim then stay away. Shave was rushed and no care taken at all. I've never been cut so many times and my face and neck look awful. So if you want to look like something out of a horror film then this is the place to go.

   Never have to wait too long here. I like the cuts and the service but I think the price could be better. Cheaper please? £20 for a cut and beard shape is a bit steep. They have a loyalty scheme, every 8th cut is free. Barbers are very friendly and professional, and the ones that I used always followed my instructions to give me the cut that I wanted, not what they thought was good. Nothing worse than barbers who do what they want instead of what you want but that's not a problem here, honestly the only thing I could mention negatively is the price, put it down a bit and it will be brilliant.

   Always do a decent job and always take their time whilst they are at it. I've been to three other barbers on Narborough road and this is the only one where I didn't feel part of a production line in order to get me back out of the seat. Highly recommended. Wish they would set light to my ears though!

   Very good customer service, sat me down and offered me a drink. The bloke who was cutting my hair bought me a cup of really good Turkish tea and asked if it was okay or if I wanted anything else. The haircut was just how I usually get it done. I am usually a very fussy person but the barber that did my hair was friendly and met my expectations. This is my new go to men's grooming place. I can't stress how good the people inside are, they're really friendly and are really professional.
