   Terrible experience. I waited 30 minutes outside for the shop to open in the middle of the afternoon , and when I finally got in and asked for help with a bathroom mixer tap I had purchased from them, the staff were completely unwilling to assist. I asked if they could contact the manufacturer for a replacement part, but was flatly told no. To make matters worse, when I placed the faulty tap on the counter, a few drops of water came out of it and the man reacted as if it were toxic. His attitude was rude and dismissive throughout. I left and will never use this company again.

   Went into the Bradford heating shop at 8am Saturday to buy a boiler found online (opened on time!). Iqbal gave excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable and personable. Delighted with the price and will be using this company again, would certainly recommend them. Thank you Iqbal for placing the heavy boiler and accessories in my car, much appreciated.

   Very Disappointed with service been lied to and proper disgusting job. I order boiler and central heating. 1. Mansoor came to do the job and warned me when i am working here nobody else can work so i put my builder on hold for while he use to come everyday for few hours and took his time finish the job. 2. I had old boiler in house already when he started job he taken everything out and sold them upon asking he told me they will be here somewhere when i asked where? He replied oh i have sold them then i told him i want them back he replied very rudely "You will get them back" I don't care about them but taking something without asking the owner of it i classify that as stealing. When i rang manager to complain about it i was surprised that he wasn't very helpful i bit my tongue and left it to it so i can get my job completed. 3. He told me that job is finished when there was one radiator left to fit in when i asked him he replied i am gonna close this we did't agreed to put this in again i had to ring manager to sort this out when there was no need of that. Then he didn't fit thermostat had to ring again to sort that and he told me it is fitted but i am still unable to find where it is. 4. Radiators was fitted very rough and everything was shoved in again upon complaining there was a justification again that they suppose to be like that you can see pictures i have attached. 5. All those things were enough to lose patience but i kept it cool but after all this i just found out that he didn't changed old pipes and used them to do the job which i paid for and again upon ringing no customer service at all and refuse to accept anything take any responsibility. I won't recommend these guys at all. Just stay away from this shop.
