   I get NHS dentist appointment after 1 year waiting but I understand is busy here like everywhere. Lady on the desk was very helpful and kind, the dentist was very friendly, appointment went good, quick check and teeth scan was made. They offered me cleaning which is good. Nothing to complain, very nice.

   Waited 20mins to see the young female dentist, full check was only 5mins. Not told much, no mouthwash or rinse after check. Very bizarre with minimal feedback. Not sure the purpose of appointment or if I'll be back.

   Totally unprofessional. Was told to come in after ringing, advising I’d be 5-10 mins late.. my appointment was 8:30, turned up at 8:35. By the time it came to me being seen by a receptionist (8:45) I was then told to come back another day… Just wish someone would have told me correctly. Not the first time there’s been issues due to incompetence from the receptionists.

   All staff have always been super helpful and really accommodating unless they physically cannot help!! I’ve been coming to this dentist since I was a child…. Now over 35 years and can honestly say I have never EVER had an issue with them! Quite the opposite actually! Great service in difficult times!!!

   I have been trying to register as a PRIVATE patient here fore 3 months. Every time I email or ring I am told that 1 of the 2 people who are able to do that will call me. Since I work in education it is difficult to answer my phone at any time during the day so I have missed the three times they have called me, but I have always rang back on the same day. I am now going to try a different dentist which is a shame since the receptionist have always been very helpful and apologetic on the phone, but today I was told that both of the people who can register new patients are BOTH on annual leave until March. Do you not want any more paying clients or is business really doing that well? My 2nd star is purely for the lovely people who answer the phone very quickly!

   The receptionists and all the staff are really nice, even when they are really busy. Been going to this dentist for at least 15 years, no problems with any treatment I've needed. My 3yr old also comes now and they are great with him too.

   Had to have a filling replaced and the filling wasn’t done correctly by the hygienists and started breaking apart shortly after, took the hygienists three tries and they still did it wrong. Went to another dentist elsewhere who said it was done poorly and will need fixing. I also had two other teeth that needed tiny bit of work which I brought up at Clifton during a check up which was ignored and told it was all okay and they didn’t need work done, the new dentist I went to said she’ll get me sorted. Disappointed as the last experience I had was good. Receptionist I dealt with was lovely and very kind.

   The receptionist working this morning on the 28/11/2022 was extremely rude. I phoned up at 9am to ask if I was still able to be seen as I had cold sore on my lip, no answer so I tried a few times then finally got an answer at 2pm. I asked the receptionist if I was still able to be seen and she told me I’d have to pay £40 as the appointment could of gone to someone else, I replied that I had been phoning all morning without any success. I asked the receptionist if she would ask the dentist and she just kept saying id have to pay the £40, which I kept telling her no I wouldn’t. I then asked the receptionist her name as she was being very rude, not letting me speak. Then she hung up the phone on me. I was very shocked and upset as I did not expect that type of treatment. I will be looking else where for a dentist as I do not feel comfortable returning to this practice. The dentist are very nice just wish the receptionist would act the same.

   Every dentist I’ve met amazing! But the reception are overly rude. Thought it was a one off but been a good 8 years now. Also had an incident where a receptionist there shared my private information
