   Very bad service i book my apointment over a month ..I call email just to know what time my appointment. Because they didn't send any confirmation or reminders no reply when I catch them and awnser They say SORRY YOUR APOINTMENT GONE NEED BOOK AGAIN ..OK WHAT TIME NEXT ONE ANOTHE MONTH... never recommend this clinic for any body....

   I would not recommend this dental practice. My experience with their Invisalign service was extremely disappointing due to poor organisation and a lack of communication throughout the entire process. I began treatment with an initial scan in August, and after making full payment, I was told I would receive my retainers within two weeks. In reality, I didn’t receive them until the end of December—nearly four months later. During that time, I received no communication unless I reached out first. Every time I called for an update, I was met with unhelpful responses and, on several occasions, rude staff who simply told me to wait. There were no updates, no follow-ups, and no accountability. Now at the end of my treatment, I was advised to wait for a more permanent retainer that would last longer. Again, I was told it would take two weeks, but it ended up taking over a month to arrive—with no communication in between. For a service that I paid a significant amount of money for, the lack of professionalism and customer care has been incredibly frustrating. I genuinely regret choosing this clinic.

   I am a student here. I had an appointment booked in through emergency dental services at the dental surgery due to severe pain caused by a broken tooth. I rang up emergency services and got an appointment for cathays dental surgery. The patient has to pay around 14.70£ NHS surcharge (in case of emergency) but I was charged 47£ at the clinic for just a filling which is much more than the amount emergency services quoted. I am going to raise this issue with the NHS emergency services. Also, the front desk staff appeared to be very rude.

   I am in disbelief that this receptionist still has a job. I have never been spoken to in the way she has spoken to me. She has no respect for anyone, I've heard from other patients that she can be phobic of certain people and hold many prejudices. I left this practice and then realised how badly I've been treated.This awful women should not represent the NHS. If this is your dentist, leave and make a point of it. They stole from me, charged me private prices even though my treatment was required. THE RECEPTIONIST IS AWFUL, NASTY, VILE PERSON WHO DOESN'T DESERVE A JOB IN A CUSTOMER FACING ROLL. She needs to learn understanding and manners. I called on behalf of my daughter who has an anxiety disorder and was told that she can calll herself!!! Would you say the same to someone who have physical disabilities, probably I wouldn't put it past you.

   Impressed with the service and care from somewhere I was a little unsure about as I'm a bit cautious with a new Dentist, I needed emergency treatment and my local dentists around me wasn't very good. So glad I branched out and travelled a little out as they were able to treat me the next day after they checked out what was wrong. Fantastic job they did, injection was spot on, no pain and I was very happy with the service. It was a private appointment and worth every penny. I will be using their services again for sure.
