   I had'nt been to a dentist for many years. I was worried I wouldn't find one. I became a private patient. I soon gained confidence from Gafyn, the Dentist. He explained everything to me. Today I had my first extraction since 1980. I was in and out in no time and so was my molar and root. Thank you very much Gafyn, for being so understanding of my fear. You and your staff are amazing!

   My partner has had 3 private appointments at this dentist and each one was cancelled 1 day before and re-arranged for 6 months' time. This is an absolute joke.

   Always cancelling our appointments which have been booked way in advance then to be told they will be rescheduled 3+ months down the line.... And I'm.not joking when I say EVERY single time they cancel and reschedule. Wouldn't mind if they were rescheduled for 2 weeks later or something but not 3 months!!! Been here over 13 years and looking for somewhere else now. Unless your private or looking for Botox don't bother

   Was treated so badly by this dentist as a cancer patient because I was NHS and not private. No conscious for duty of care. I have been waiting since November to be seen but have had three appointments cancelled, one was an hour before. I have noticed that neither private patients or botox patients are cancelled.

   Removed us from the NHS list without even asking us! My wife is severely disabled so both of us were isolating. Now, when we try, they have removed us (my wife had been on their list for 40 years or so!!!) from the NHS list! They will not add us back on their register. Only option is to go PRIVATE with them if we wanted. Due to my wife being confined to a wheelchair, this now limits us to where we can get any treatment.

   Terrible dentist very rude receptionist. Filled out form cos was not working advised me to write down I was claiming tax credits Then 2 months later had a fine cos my partner was working. Was advised by the receptionist to write it down. So I complained now they said she has taken me off my dentist. Wish I've been with over 25 years. Boucher and the old receptionist was lovely pity things have changed
